Weymouth Named One of the Best Seaside Towns

Weymouth has once again been recognised as one of the best seaside towns in the country by families. It places in the top 5, taking fourth spot.

Thanks to ‘Day Out with The Kids’ Weymouth was ranked in the top 5 best seaside towns for families. Over 2,000 families were quizzed on their favourite seaside town and what they loved most about heading to the coast.

Towns were also judged on the following:

• Family attractions
• Amount of beaches in a 10 mile radius
• Fish and chip shops
• Instagram hashtags and check-ins
• The cost of an ice cream
• The average temperature and rainy days in August.
