Weymouth Museum

Weymouth Museum is situated on the first floor of the Brewer's Quay complex in the centre of Weymouth and has been refurbished and offers an insight into the history of the area. The exhibits include a number dedicated to the Great Western Railway, the Royal Weymouth and the maritime industries. There is also a great collection including local paintings and prints from the 18th century to the modern day.

PLEASE NOTE: Weymouth Museum is presently closed whilst it is being moved to a temporary location where it will re-open later in 2011. It will move back to Brewers Quay once the re-development there is complete. The Spring series of Teas & Talks will be held in St Nicholas Church, Buxton Road, Weymouth.
