Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens

Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, first established in 1765 as a kitchen garden and later developed into its current form as a magnificent 20 acre garden filled with rare and exotic plants from all over the world, have been described by Alan Titchmarsh as "One of the finest gardens I have ever visited."
Throughout the year there are many events at the Gardens including an Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween celebrations and the Floodlighting of the Gardens in October.
